Training for the week of Feb 2nd.
Feb 2nd. Rest. I know I should not. But I did.
Feb 3rd. Speed workout with the running club. Did not bring a watch.
So the pace was around 8, and for around 7 miles.
Feb 4th. Running on the overpass as the training for the hill running.
