Wednesday. Rest
Thursday. Workout for 7 Miles. Avg pace 8 for 4 Miles.
Friday.  Rest
Saturday. 8 Miles
Sunday. 21 Mile Big Sur Race.
Big winds, rolling hills, but indeed a great race.
