17 Miles LSD -- Pace 8:21

Nothing new. Got up at 5am. Breakfast at 5:20am.
Foam roler for 20 minutes, massage for 20 minutes.
Then heading to meet my friend and start running for
7 miles first. Then run another 10 miles with the rest
of the group.

The only thing is that it seems like we missed one gel
and felt hungry at the end of the race. And we did
not have enough water during the trail. But overall
the pace is a little bit faster than I thought:
