18 Miles Long Run with 12 miles at Marathon Pace

Started 6 miles myself first, then joined with Richard and Bryan.
The scheduled run was 3 miles warm up, 12 miles tempo and 3
miles cool down. Since I do not have much time after the running
with the group, so just keep the pace and ran the last 2 miles a little
bit slower.

Kind of surprised by the pace from mile 12 to 15. Partly because of
the wind from teh back, and also I tried to catch up with Bryan.
After mile 15, Richard and Byran stopped and waited for me for a few
seconds and asked me to hold it and ran a little bit faster. And it worked
pretty well.

The experience today was that I should run slowly at the beginning.
That's why I can feel I have the strength most of the course.

I did take a Gu after mile 6th. And rested for about 2 minutes.
