Workouts on Jan 27th & Jan 29th

For Jan 27th workout, We should run 30 seconds faster and 30 seconds slow.
I just ran it as a tempo. For Marathon runners, tempo run is always good:

For Thursday workout, the group has 6 mile Tempo. Since my training
has an 8 mile Tempo, so I combined the two training into one so that
I could run faster. I ran 3 miles to FF, meet with the group(actually
a little bit, they already left when I got there), so I had to catch with them
which was also good for me. I ran with Charlie most of the miles.
And then I slowed down and ran home:
