16 Mile Run March 1st

Coach asked me to run 4 miles warm up, MP 8 miles and 4 miles cool down.

I ran 1.75 miles myself then joined the group. We ran about 4 miles on the trail,
that's why I ran a little bit slower in the middle. Also, since I gained some
weight recently, that's another reason for the slow. I weighed 178 lbs after the run.
I think I should be able to do better in the next a few  months.
