2X3M Strength workout Tuesday. Total 11 miles

Still a little bit slower for this workout. I think one of the reason is
that I am heavier now. I checked the weight, it was 178lbs after the run,
so still about 5 to 10 lbs heavier. And I could not run faster for this
weekend 1/2 marathon. Anyway, just enjoy the run.
