weekly mileages. Started around 10am, finished around 11am.
Did not want to run for the first a few miles, then felt like it is ok
just keep moving. We do have a few times that we don't want to
run. Here are the splits:
And I tried to follow a 55 mile per week program.
According to that plan, I should run 4 miles in the
morning and 4 miles in the afternoon, and 20 miles
over the weekend.
So I ran 6 miles in the afternoon as well, but
I will go hiking Saturday and 12 miles Sunday.

The last two miles were not too bad.
