Another good easy run. 6 miles with pace 9:05 -- Wednesday 18th

Got a little bit back pain after Tuesday morning's core and balance class.
I think I need to take this class slowly. My back is not "strong" enough
since I did not have upper body training for a long time. Anyway,
I started running again while my daughter playing tennis. Here are the splits:
