Happy Birthday Run -- 6 miles.

It is my birthday. And I still ran 6 miles today while my daughter
played tennis. Don't think I ran too slow. It was supposed to
be that way so that I can lose weight. And my weight is consistently
under 175 lbs now. It should do well for the next race if I am around
172lbs. And I did not see weights less than 170lbs for a long long time
(could not remember when). Anyway, here is the splits:
