8 Miles Run Saturday

I still run most of the time with my daughter or my wife Saturday running.
They will feel more comfortable when they run with me.

My daughter will run another half marathon the next weekend.
So this week will be her tapering week. Mileages lower, and
not speed workout Wednesday. But this will be good for me as
well. I could change to easy run for Saturday.
