Thursday Workout -- 8 Mile Progression Run Total 12 miles.

·         8 Mile Progression Run [12mi] on Oct 9, 2014Warm up 2 miles - 8 miles of progression: Start out moderate pace and work down to 1/2 marathon pace to 10k pace by the last 1-2 miles - Cool down 2 miles.

2 Miles warm up. 2 Miles pace 8; 2 Miles Pace 7:45  2 Miles 7:20 2 Mile 7:00. 2 Miles cool down.
Not sure whether I can do it.
