2X3M strength workout Tuesday pace 7:18.

I do not know why I was running so well today.
I ran 19 miles on Saturday, 20 miles Sunday, another 6 miles Monday.
And then this strength workout. I was a little bit surprised by myself.
Anyway, it was a good run:
