Monday. 6 Miles Ride

Tuesday. Rest

Wednesday. 7 Miles Lunch Run. 6X800m But was slow. Pace around  6:51 to 7:00

Thursday. Morning speed Workout. Total 7 Miles.
                 4X400m w/100m 3X200m w/200m.

                 Then easy Temp 3 Miles. Total 5 Miles.
                 Pace slow around 7:20 and 8:00.

Friday. Biking for 10 Miles.

Saturday. 15 Miles. Pace around 9:15.

Sunday. 15 Miles. Pace around 8:40
