Running at 90 Degree

I asked myself why I should run at mile 3 and 4.
A little bit easier after that since it's cooler after
that. But it is not not that bad after the splits:

Fastest Practicing Running(7 Miles)

I never ran a 8:08 pace for the practice. This is part
of the speed workout for 2 minutes  steady pace(
Marathon Pace) and 30 secs faster run for the first
two miles, then regular pace running back.

Here is the splits. Seems like I can run faster even
when I am older. The main reason I think is that
I am about 10 lbs less than last year:

Can not believe that I finished 12 miles today

Went to Vans Warped Tour of 2013 in Mountain View Saturday.
The lesson for next year is that we would rather stay at the
starbucks across google campus, or email some good friends
ahead of time so that I can visit their office etc. Anyway, the kids
had fun(my daughter with her 3 friends), and I was a little bit
tired and was thinking about whether I need to run or not since
I have an 10 o'clock appointment. But I did go out and complete
the not bad 12 mile run. And I met 7 people from the same running club
on the route. Here is the splits:

Running of the Past Week.

I have a little bit internet service problem for the machine
with garmin software installed. So I could not upload the
pace splits.

Anyway, I started speed work out Tuesday with the group.
This time we ran 2 minutes fast with 5 minutes recovery.
I still could not run faster in the 7:xx pace. I think I need
more practice, that is the reason I can not run faster.

Wednesday, I ran 8 miles myself, with the pace of 10 minutes.
The only thing is that I tried to wear a different shoes. It did
not work. I think I will have to order my "special" shoes. Maybe
two pares(Jason, you suggested).

7.5 miles with the Group Thursday. There are not a lot of people.
But Chris seems lost some weights and run faster than me now.
And a few people finished their first Marathon. One is less than
4 hours; another around 4:15. We are about the same pace. Actually
I ran faster than them in 7 miles & 10 miles run. My problem is
that I do not dare to run fast during the long distance.
And I thought that my last year's injury was due to the 16 mile
run with pace around 8:20. And I was scared of the injury.

May need try to run a little bit faster during the long runs.

Anyway, there is no long runs this weekend because of the
activities. So hopefully I can run faster for 22 miles run the week
after.

By the way, the interest rate went up too high too fast. And
I don't have much business now. The good news today is that
DOI(Department of Insurance) sent me email saying that
my insurance license was approved. And I will start the
insurance business after July 1st.

Survived 20 Miles Run Saturday

I finished 18 miles last Sunday, and thought it would be
just another 2 miles for the 20 miles run.

Actually it is not, it is much harder.  Compared to the last
long run, First, the average pace is almost the same. But this
run was a little bit faster for the first 9 miles, so I was very
tired during the last a few miles(also after the run).

Here are the splits:
