6 Miles Tempo

This was my worst tempo run. But it was ok. I just could not
pick up the pace the whole time. After the 8th miles, I just ran
slowly and enjoyed the slow run.

I did not check my weight. Maybe I gained some weight because
of the Chinese New Year? Or because I felt tired for the evening run.
Anyway, I felt good after the run:

Speed workout 5X1 Mile Tuesday

Started running around 10:26am. A ittle bit warm(if not hot).
I got used to the warm up for two miles, and a little bit surprised 
when the watch shows only 1 mile for warm up. So my body was
not ready then. The first mile was slow, and it got a little bit better
after that. Overall the workout is not bad. But I will check the watch
next time before the running.
