6 Miles Easy run on Thanksgiving day

Only a few persons on the trail. But I still met another runner from the same club.

And we are not the only ones who "do not have a life". I saw a student riding a bike
to school. I would rather running than going to school.

Anyway, it was fun for the running.

Another PR 1/2 Marathon -- 1:37:07

Saturday I attended a local half marathon. This will be a tune up
for the marathon race.

I ran about the same speed for the whole race. Did not feel much tired.
But another runner (from the same running club) followed me for the
last 4 miles, it helped me to keep my pace because of that.

Anyway, this is a great day to celebrate Thanksgivings with total time
of 1:37:07.  2 minutes 17 seconds PR. So another 10 sec faster than
last half. I think I can run 1:35 next year. Here are the splits:

Did not go to morning workout. But ran 6 miles any way.

Did not want to run too fast before Saturday's local small 1/2 Marathon race.
So I can run the CIM smoothly. Easy 6 miles this morning, just a little bit windy.
But perfect for the morning run. Another thing, I can get up early now even
