4X1.5mile workout

Though I felt tired at the warm up,  I think it was normal. I should get up
a little bit and do a little stretch or form roller. Instead I just went out for
the running at 5:40am.

The first 3 repeats were ok.  Just a little bit than normal. And it was not unusual
when I ran by myself. At the end of 3 repeats, I felt cramps again. I tried
to run through it, it did not work well, and I walked a little bit. managed to
finish the last repeats. And went back home ok.

It only happened these two weeks. Should I drink a cup of juice(I used to
do that, or a gel, or just get up at 5am?). Not sure yet. But I have to fix
this problem for a good work out. Here are the splits:
