ate one banana, and stayed till 6:30 to run, and still ran
slowly and got myself an excuse that it is good for my health,
otherwise, I may get injured. So I enjoyed and cruised slowly
for the whole 6 miles. And I know if there was another runner
around, I could run faster. Buy anyway, easy day means easy,
though it was on the lower end of the easy run. But I did
enjoy the run after all.
