Pace 7:07 for the first mile. 7:11 for the 2nd mile. I am more confident now
since I can run miles under 7:30 now, another confirmation after
the last 10k race. And today's numbers are not even for the race.
The only thing for tonight's training was for negative splits, which
I falied to do it. My 2nd mile was 4 seconds slower.
