6 Miles Hill Run Friday

This was the last training run before the San Francisco half Marathon.
The pace was between 8:30 to 8:40 for the 6 miles.  I think I might
try the pace 8 for the race. Just need to run conservatively for the
first 4 miles, then hold up for the next 4 miles, run a little bit faster
for the last 4-5 miles. Here are the splits:
