very run, but I feel very comfortable. So I walked another
4.5 miles with my wife after the 9 miles run:
Yesterday was the first time this year I attended
the speed workout. I believe it will be good for
my CIM this December. And we got the training
schedule for the coach. From August, we will have
12+ miles run every weekend. Will run half marathon
Oct 1st, Nov 19th. Might run 30k on Nov 5th(not sure
yet).
