for the month of May. This is nothing for those crazy runners.
But It's good enough for me.
Ran 7 miles with my daughter Saturday. We saw two turkeys,
a few rabbits, etc. And part of the running is on the trail next to
the creek. I plan to have a 7 mile run with her every weekend for
the summer break. And I finished 13 miles today. I encountered 3
runners from the same running club, Christie was doing training for
Tahoe relay next weekend; And Rakesh ran 20 miles for the
upcoming San Francisco marathon(june 16th). His goal is 4 hours.
And I did not know the other guy's name. One of my goals this
year is to remember more names from the runners in the same
I did not forget the purpose of running: to lose weight. And I weighted
174.4 lbs after 13 miles run this morning. Here is the splits:
I took a gel on the mile 9th.
Will plan to complete a 18 mile run the next weekend(most
likely June 9th), so I will finish finish first round of training
(by myself) before the Sep - Dec regular Marathon training.
