Long Run 18 Miles with Moderate Pace

It is indeed very interesting that I ran faster than last weekend. 2 seconds faster.
So basically for the past two weekend, I ran about the same speed.

But the strategy was a little bit different. Since I need only run moderate pace
this weekend, so I just tried to run pace of 8:00 to 8:20. Since I ran faster from
mile 13 to 16. The average time was about the same. That is a very good example
of starting slow. So for the next Marathon, I will run first 18 miles slow, and decide
the pace later on after I can tell how I feel after mile 18th.
