8 MIles easy run

Did a short speed workout Wednesday afternoon. Only 400m fast, 200m
recovery for 5 repeats.And it was slow under hot weather.

It is indeed an  easy run this morning.  Arms were sour after yesterday's
personal training. I need to reschedule it to Thursday afternoon since Friday will
be my rest day in the future.

The HRM still does not work well. Seems too low today, never over 95 today.
And it kept beeping. I will exchange one first. Here are the splits:
