Easy run 6 miles -- Pace 9

I did not feel too much tired or sour muscle from the leg after yesterday's 
16 mile run. But I still just ran an easy 6 miles with the pace around 9:00.

The weather is perfect for the running. Got up at 7am, and started around 7:18.
The only thing I did not understand too much is that why my heart rate still 
around 180, even for a slow run.
