I decided to run with the group and warm up for 2 miles,
and tempo for the 4 miles.
It is my first time to run around pace 7 for the last two miles.
I will try to see whether I can run a little bit further for the similar
pace so that I can run faster for the next 10k.
Mile 2 should be faster as well since we waited for the red light
for 30 seconds to 1 minute.
