and finished strong at the end. I tried my best to run an even pace
of Marathon.
Woke up at 1:15am(Slept at 9pm), and stayed in bed till 2am to have
breakfast. Then slep again for about one hour to meet my friends.
And then took the bus to the starting line. Slept another hour on the
bus. So I still had enough time for the sleep.
Went to the rest room twice to clean up my body. And went to the rest
room twice within first 10 miles. Started slowly with the first mile pace
around 9:00. And then kept the pace around 8:10 most of the time.
The road was slippery around the water station becasue it was freezing.
I tried to avoid the ice around most of the station. Took water and Gel
at miles 6, 12, 18, 22.
Stayed around the pacer until mile 15. Then ran faster after that.
I overpassed a lot of people, I think that's because all the faster
people were already way ahead of me.
I still kept the same pace starting mile 18. I was not scary at all
after mile 18. Though I trained for only 20 miles as the longest run,
I felt still strong, so I decided to run a little bit faster.
