I can use the point ball to massage that area first,
the ice pad, and then heat pad. And yesterday and
today I used icy/hot patch I purchased at rite-aid.
And I did not feel any pain around 4-5pm, so I decided
for a 5 mile run. It is indeed slow, and I don't want to
trigger any pain. So here are the slow paces:
