I got up at 6am, then ate my breakfast, and slept from
6:30am to 7:10am. Foam roller for about 20 minutes.
Then drove to Richard's house, and met with Richard
and Bryan for the run.
The first a few miles were on the trail. And I did not
know much of the direction, though it was my second
run(with Richard the first time as well).
During the training, I thought about how can I improve
on the running. The only difference is that I did not
carb-loading last night, I did not take a gel before the
training, and I did not drink any water and take any gel
during the run as well. But it was 33 second slower
than my best half marathon race. I don't know whether
I could PR this weekend.
But at the meantime, I think if I can run a half marathon
every weekend, with the pace 8. Most likely I can run
this pace for my next marathon, thenI can finish my marathon
within 3:30, which will be nice as well. Anyway, I will
focus on this Sunday run this year.
Here is the splits for today:
