Hopefully I can run better Friday.
First two miles normal slow run. Then another runner passed me,
so I followed her for a mile, then I kept running with my own pace.
It's pretty good overall.
Another thing, I should not taper for the half marathon. It was not right
when I tapered for 4 days before Sunday's race. I think I liked the way
my legs felt tired.

I was surprised the mile 4 & 5 were pretty good.
