Wrap ups for Oct 27th to Nov 2nd -- Total 67 Miles

Monday:        8 Miles. Avg Pace 8:33.
Tuesday:       5X1k speed workout. Total 8 Miles Workout pace 7:15.
Wednesday:   Rest
Thursday:     8 Mile Progression Run . Total 12 miles. Start out moderate pace and work down to 1/2 marathon pace to 10k pace by the last 1-2 miles
Friday:          Rest.
Saturday:      LSD 19 Miles. Pace 7:58
Sunday:        20 Miles Easy(run with my daughter for her marathon debut)
