Tempo 4 miles @HMP 7:15 to 7:24

I tried to finish this assignment, and I did it. Normally I thought
that I need to run with others to be faster, and was happy that
I could finish it by myself.

The weather was perfect. Got up at 5:30am, started training at
5:50am. 2 miles warm up, 4 miles temp @HMP, and two miles
cool down.

Still felt the pain from the blister. I think I am tougher now and
I ran through it. I did 30 minutes weight lifting and dumb bell
one hour after the run. Here are the splits, not bad(for me):
