10 Mile Saturday Run

I never know how to run this 10 miles. Since I already
had tempo on Thursday, so it should be a slow run, but
I will have another long run tomorrow anyway, so I think
I will just run a pace in-between.

It just struck me that I should not run tempo that fast any
more. Since my BQ time is 3:30 now. If I just run the pace of
7:49, then I can finish it 3:25. So why should I run that fast.

In that sense, so I did another tempo run today?
