8 Mile Tuesday Run

I had 6X800m run on the schedule with 2 mile warm up and
2 mile cool down. Since I did not have much of the time during the day,
so I finished the workout from 5:20 to 6:20pm.

And on the way home, for the last 3 miles, I met the club members
who had the speed workout tonight. I know it should be a good one,
but I indeed did not have time tonight.

Felt heavy for the first a few miles. Everytime when I felt that way,
I was thinking about how I can finish the marathon a few months later.
But after 2 miles, I felt much better. I think that's why normally coach
asked for 2 mile warm up. After the warm up, I can start the regular training.
