no matter what. Though the original plan was 15 miles, I think 13.5
miles were good enough.
For the long ru, I do not need to run fast, any pace around 8:30 should
be good enough. But I ran most of the miles around 8:45 or
over 9 minutes.
There was a local race at about the same time. I tried to avoid meeting with
those race people most of the time. Only for the last 0.5 miles, I saw those
people tried to finish their half marathon. And some of them already started
walking on mile 9, it might be their first half.
