Easy 9 Miles

Felt a little it pain yesterday on the right leg. So I did not run
tempo Thursday. Did a massage this afternoon and felt much better
after, so I continued for 9 mile easy run.

It was not dark around 6pm.  So I think we can start regular training
after daylight savings time. So indeed have a very easy run. And enjoyed
the whole process.
