on it now. And I purchased the exactly the same brand, size,
just a little completely newer. This one will be used for
walking/hiking instead. It became dirty after San Francisco
headland race last April when it rained and was muddy
on the mountain.
The pace is very stable today, maybe because I ran after
8pm, the weather is so nice then. The only thing is that there
are not so many people on the trail. But one advantage
is that I don't have to take gel any more. I will try 13 miles
some nights next week.
