Terrible 22 Mile Run

Still not sure why I ran that bad today. Maybe not enough sleep last night?
I know I should bring one more gel today. And should run with others from
miles 11th to 14th. I blamed the running after miles 19th to the gel.
I felt like that I can not run after that. I will try to run 20 miles next week
until I can run steadily faster(around 9:30 if possible). Here are the splits:
