Lost More Weight and Faster Run

My weight today after the run is 171.8 Lbs. It's lowest in the past 15 years.
And it's only 1.8 lbs away from my goal this year. So I think I will do it.

It was slow this month,  completed only 88 miles this month,
I need run more to reach my goal of 150 miles per month.

First 14 miles was ok since I ran with my friend Rob, I ran
the rest of miles myself. That's why I was slow. Another reason
was that I should take one or two more gels today, I felt 
very hungry during the last a few miles. 

Yesterday's morning run was also ok. I think I can run faster
in the morning. Here were the splits(July 19):
