2X10 Minutes Tempo with 3 minutes slow down, then "tempo" back? Total 8 Miles

Warm up for 2 miles, then started the tempo run. Originally
we planned for 2X10 minutes tempo. But it seemed like we
run a little bit further. But I Felt good.

The mile 4th was fast. I think it was too fast for me. or I
should get used to it in the future. So I slowed down afterwards.
But I was glad that I kept 7:47 fr the next 3 miles.

I planned to increase my half marathon pace to 7:15 this year.
It looks like very hard for me. I can tell whether I could
do it after the two races in Feb and March. If I could not
increase too much, I will focus on my marathon pace of 7:50
to 7:55. That might be more easier for me.
