Technically I don't know how many miles I ran, and at what pace
since I did not bring my watch. But I felt like I ran about 5.5 miles
and within 45-48 minutes. So it is about 8-9 minute pace.
But I indeed tried to train for the "pulling the heel high" stuff.
Since I gained some weight during the past month, I am concerned
whether I can run around 1:35-37 minutes for the Feb half.
