Morning run 6 miles with my daughter and my wife with the
pace around 11am. This is a very easy run to have fun.
In the evening, I ran 3 miles with my daughter's training group.
We ran around the neighborhood to see the Christmas lights.
It is a fartlek run. We ran faster at the cul de sac. The average
pace is around 9. Sometime it was 7:30 when we ran faster.
