Tuesday easy Run for 6 miles.

There was supposed to be a speed workout. But I did not go.
So I just made up the running myself for 6 miles. Very easy ones.
Except the hill workout on the overpass for the last 2 miles.
No wonder it is slow. And it was after my dinner:
