3 Minutes fast 1 minute recovery for 3 miles -- Pace 8:19

Felt a little bit tired since I had another workout last night. And it
was fast.

We warmed up for about 2 miles. Then did 3 miles 3 minute faster
1 minute recovery. I think it is pretty good. I felt tired after the workout,
and I had to sleep for 3 minutes. Maybe it is because I got up at
5 am.
