Only 13 miles today.

Planned to run 16 miles, but my body does not want to
run any extra miles after 13 miles. So I walked the last 3 miles
to the destination. This is the 2nd time that I don't want to run
in the middle of the run. Not sure whether it's because
of the hot weather. But I should take gel earlier, like the miles
6 to 10, instead of at the end of the miles 13.

Anyway, I also plan to run a little bit less since my body complained
a little bit. So I might skip the Wednesday running. Here are the splits:
