This workout is very similar to the last Tuesday,
except that I did 5 1k repeats and the 4 strides
after the workout. I can tell the difference of
running a little bit faster during the workout, still
needs more practice.
I did not bring the watch. It should be around total
of 6 miles, including the warm-up and cool down from FF.
There are a few new faces since school started last week.
That is normal for a college town.
