Another Running with my daughter -- pace 10:55

It's the last long run before her race. We ran 12 miles today.
And next weekend will be a taper week, so she will run 8 miles
by herself with the group. And I will continue with my CIM
training.

I used today's run as weekend LSD. Hopefully I can lose
some weight. But it was too slow, so I don't know whether
it works.
