Run with a guy who runs barefoot for the past 10 years.
That's amazing. Also, we might be "over-trained". I talked
to a guy yesterday, who ran 10miles, 7 miles slower than me.
But he finished SF marathon with sub-4 hours. I asked him
how many long runs did you complete before the race.
His answer was three -- 16 mile, 18 mile and 20 miles.
And he did not run any long run 4 weeks before the race.
