10 Mile run with Pace 7:57

I ran too fast for the first 7 miles. I should not follow Ellie. She ran
pace of 7:10.

I felt a little bit pain at mile 7 and decided to slow down.
I don't want to hurt myself and do not want ruin my tomorrow's
18 mile long run.

Did not take any gel or water during the run. So I think my next half marathon
race or 10k will be faster as well. That's my next year's goal.
